- How can Canonical Stewards build authentic relationships with their ministries and how can we best support you?
- HNEM budget/discussion about future support from ministries
- Province Support applications discussion
- Website progress (dedicated pages)
- Which schools have Charism Education Committees within their schools?
- Charism Reports from each school (short)
- So far, ideas include:
- Leadership Forum – (2/10-2/13, 2026)—Firm up agenda.
- So far, ideas include:
- Art and Liz will make a presentation on Board Practices with discussion and sharing (approx. 2 hours)
- Sr. Marcia and Sr. Linda will create a presentation on Charism with reflection and sharing opportunities. Embodying mission when there are no longer Sisters on the Board or in the schools. (approx. 1.5 hours)
- Lynne, Mary and Sr. Cynthia will discuss hospitality
- Each school will be asked to submit their New Board Member process from recruitment to onboarding and share materials
- Non-traditional ministries will share about their ministries
- Lynne and Sr. Michelle will create prayers.
- Succession Planning? Steve as presenter?
- To decide:
- Which day presentations will occur
- Other topics that should be included for groups to discuss amongst themselves
- Ensuring that non-traditional ministries are meaningfully included—what is appropriate for them to attend, etc.?
- Balance of good content, good prayers, and recreational time
